Making a claim is simple

If you have a claim, please follow these steps and get in touch with our team.

1/ Ensure everyone is safe

Call 000 immediately if you’re in an emergency situation and you, or anyone involved, is injured or in danger. Our first concern is the safety of you and anyone else involved in any accident.

2/ Secure your Car

Make sure Your Car is safe and secure so it will not be damaged further. This may mean having it towed, where it is reasonable and safe to do so.

3/Get contact details

If the incident involves anyone else, make sure you write down their:
/ Full name
/ Address
/ Phone number
/ Vehicle registration if applicable

4/ Contact KOBA
