Financial Services Guide (FSG)

This FSG is effective from 21 August 2024.
This FSG details the providing entity of the Insurance you have purchased, including contact details and information about the services provided. It has been prepared for current policyholders of all KOBA Insurance policies to replace the previous FSG provided as a part of the PDS that applies to your policy.
Your PDS and the terms of your contract of insurance remain the same as the most recent version you have been issued.
Please read this document carefully to understand the changes to the way your policy will be serviced.
